Unified Management Corp was founded by Tim Ball in 2014 with a single Great Canadian Oil Change franchise in Langford, British Columbia. The model was simple and disciplined: run the location well, build repeatable systems, then do it again.
What began on Vancouver Island soon expanded across British Columbia, and then across the country. Today Unified operates fifteen locations across two trusted brands — Great Canadian Oil Change automotive service centres and a Dairy Queen — each opened, trained, and stabilized in-house before being handed to a general manager.
We run our own HR, payroll, accounting, and supply-chain functions in-house. That discipline is why franchisors and partners trust us to open, stabilize, and scale.
